1. The table top is not level, the mounting table is defective, and the hardness is lacking. 2. The grid is fluctuating and the controller needs to be re-adjusted to accommodate grid fluctuations.
3. There is debris in the feeder. The fastening screw of the feeder and the base is not tight or the position is wrong. The bottom plate is too thin and the spring is broken.
4, too many parts, parts problems: excessive, curved, oily, etc., the machine rhythm too fast causes parts to slip from the vibration plate.
5. If the chassis is improperly adjusted and the materials are changed, the feeder surface should be re-trimmed and the chassis should be re-adjusted.
